One interesting quote I came across recently is that “If you really wanted to cut down a big tree in a given time, you are better off starting by taking your time to sharpen the ax properly.
Many people in this world do not understand this rule and this is why there is a lot of frustration and high failure rate in internet marketing. Most people rush in without first sharpening their internet marketing skills.
Frustration usually comes in when high expectations are met with dismal performance and this is what leads to high failure rate in this field. I learnt this a bit late but now I am allowing my learning to take a normal curve.
My advice to anybody would be to learn and practice whatever you learn and it will eventually come naturally without any pain. Sharpen your ax and keep on hacking on that task and you will be done before you realize it. If you rush, the results will be unmet expectations, despair and giving up. You just become one of the statistics, the 90% who fail.

I started out looking for a mentor in internet marketing
This is my first post and I am posting it for myself as well as other guys whose luck seems to run out at one point or another. I belief in hard work, but at times your productitity is undervalued compared to renumeration. I have worked so hard for most of my life with no tangible results that I feel that I need to change the direction I have been going because somewhere along the way, I must have lost direction.
I have been doing a job- Not the 9.00-5.00 Jobs but this requires me to totally devote all my life to the employer and I am on call, day and night.
I am not yet 40years, but I already feel that somebody has already had the best from me, but I figure out that it is not yet too late and what I am now looking forward to working with are the trusted internet marketing firm that I found. The study material are just great and the support form the community is fabulous and with all this support, I hope to change the direction of my working life.
